Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason it’s not quite right, you can return your item within 7 days of delivery. Simply email us with your order number at info@shophaia.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label to print and hand to the courier. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Returns from the UAE and Egypt are free of charge. For international returns (outside the UAE), please note that a return shipping fee of AED 50 or the equivalent amount in the local currency will apply. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@shophaia.com.

Exchange

At the moment, we only offer direct exchanges in the UAE. If you’d like a different size, color or style, simply email us at info@shophaia.com with your order number, and the new size or model you prefer. 

Feel free to ask us on email or send a DM on Instagram if you're unsure about sizing. We’d love to assist you in finding the perfect fit.

We can only make one exchange per order. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
